By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" when signing in or registering with Brandly (the brandly-app.com website, the app and bot in messengers), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Aleksandrovich Savostyanov (the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.
What data.
email address;
first and last name that I provided or that the sign-in service passed on;
Yandex ID account data: identifier, login, name, email address;
payment data: amount, package, status, transaction ID (no card details);
technical data: date and time of sign-in, session data, selected language.
Purposes. Registration and sign-in; providing the services under the Offer; settlements and token accounting; notifications about the service; support; security and abuse prevention; the partner and referral program.
Actions with data. Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without the use of automated means.
Who receives it. To the extent needed for the purposes above:
payment services — payment data;
the email service;
messengers — as the message delivery platform.
Term. The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within the period set by law, except for data that must be kept by law (for example, payment data — for accounting and tax purposes).
Withdrawal. The consent can be withdrawn by writing to support (Telegram …, email …; contacts are also on the brandly-app.com/contacts page). Withdrawal may make it impossible to keep using the service.
